How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy for apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Do the proceeds really go to the animals?
Yes! A significant portion of every purchase directly supports the Wisconsin Humane Society’s mission to provide care, shelter, and adoption services for animals in need.
How do I know what size to order?
We provide a detailed size chart link on every product page. Our apparel generally follows standard unisex sizing unless otherwise specified in the product description.
