Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Wisconsin Humane Society gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn apparel within 30 days of purchase. Every return helps us continue our mission of providing care and shelter to animals in need.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
